Gabi leads the company’s research team, ensuring that Murphy & Partners provides clients with in-depth market and object analysis when considering acquisitions and sales strategies. Since joining Murphy & Partners in 2020, Gabi has conducted valuations, due diligence and provenance research across multiple artwork categories.
Gabi works closely with the company’s Managing Partner and Directors to nurture and expand Murphy & Partners’ valued client relationships.Gabi began her career in auction houses, researching for the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening sales at Phillips and the Prints department at Sotheby’s. An art historian by training, Gabi holds a First Class BA from University College London in History of Art.
